Shipping and Returns Policy

By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button at the end of the checkout process. 

During the checkout process, you will be asked to fill in your contact details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number and  email address). 

We will then send you an email or call you to confirm receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).  

If you have selected delivery to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. 

If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. If you have already paid for the Products we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible. 

Local and International sales are final sale and can’t be exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us by email if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can do the needful. 

At Lula’s closet, utmost care is taken to ensure your purchased goods are well packed before it is dispatched. We take measures to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of these products, in rare circumstances, items can arrive damaged. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages of products in transit. But we will make contact with the relevant courier to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products. 

In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email to hello@lulas.shop notifying us of any damage to the product.  

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items. 

Email hello@lulas.shop with your (Order number)_returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products). 

Describe in detail the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence showing the damage to the product. 

We will contact on within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required by you. We do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The products must be returned in their original packaging (where possible). 

We offer a refund of the purchased amount on your original method of payment. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
